Selling out. Check for Sale Page-
Selling everything we have left that is goat related and a few items related to other animals.
All sold but the two little buck-lings.
We have a small acreage located in east central Iowa. We started out in 1999 with two pygmy goats and two llamas. After several years we added miniature donkeys to the group. The population of the various animals went up and down over time and now we have registered Nigerian Dwarf goats. We have improved our small herd over the years, including testing for CAE and have never had a case of CL. -----CAE & JOHNE'S Tested FEBRUARY 2016 ---results NEGATIVE. We work to keep our goats in great condition with regular vaccinations, worming, trimming hoofs and proper feeding.
Our breeding Nigerian Dwarf Goats are ADGA, and AGS Registered. We are members of the Iowa Dairy Goat Association , American Dairy Goat Association and American Goat Society.
In 2013 we sold Two of the kid doe-lings to a 4H young lady that won Grand and Reserve Grand Champion in the dairy goat competition. Another doe-ling of Early Acres won 3rd place in the 12 - 24 age old class.
The Grand champion, Olson Acres Rocky Road was the sire The judge talked about this doe, saying that he liked her natural walk and stance, and he thought that she was very correct in her confirmation!
The Reserve Grand Campion - Olson Acres Dark Knight was the sire.
2015 We have cut back on raising so many goats. With only a few we can enjoy and care for them more.
We have sold to people that have shown our goats in 4-H competition and done very well.
